Perfectly Seasoned

Prin was always stewing over everything. Her little sister, Glo, constantly chided her to simmer down.  Little sis, however, was rather difficult to please. To be fair, both sisters were two peas in a pod. Prin was just as difficult. She was also very sensitive, which meant that she felt everything. 

Nevertheless, one bright and brilliant morning Prin was vindicated when her culinary expertise paid off and her cooking vlog “The Princess and the Pea Soup” went viral. Glo (Aka. Goldie Locks) was forced to eat crow, but since Prin had patiently prepared it, the entree was just right. Big sis should have slept easy that evening. Instead, she was startled awake by the sudden realization that the peas porridge in the pot was nine days old!

  1. This is wonderful writing. Just so loved it. Made me think. You are so good at this. It is the goodness that emerges which is the key.

    When I was at Warwick Uni I shared a house with 4 others. One girl Sadie would cook a huge rice dish and then leave it in a pan for the week. Reheating it when she needed it. Sometimes that was 9 days old. I braved it for a few days but certainly couldn’t face it at day 9. Sadje couldn’t cook but she went in to be a wonderful school teacher.

Having control over our speech is means a lot for our body as well as our soul as we pray with our tongue ,so if the tongue is clean we can easily pray for the need of a person and bless such a person simply by uttering our wishes over a person.Thank you very much for the blessed post.Take care.🌹👍🙏
