Fallen leaves always remind me of the never ending cycle of life. A confirmation of hope and the need to continue moving forward. It that old leaf doesn’t fall then the new one can’t grow. Look after yourself my friend. 🙏

I love taking pictures of single leaves like that. They are so pretty. The first one is quite unusual. I also like to take close-ups of the bark of some trees that have a lot of texture. I’m still not seeing a lot of color change in the trees in my neighborhood, but it is likely to come all at once. This is very unusual this year. I dread the change into winter. I don’t like being cold and I don’t like to drive in the bad weather either. I would like to be able to hibernate.
