Thankful
So thankful that You’re never silent
But it took time to hear Your voice
It took seeking
It took asking
It took listening
To have faith.
Thankful
So thankful that I’m not alone
But it took seeing to understand
It took Your loving invitation
Your sacrifice
It took kindness
It took trust and risks
To believe the truth.
Thankful
So thankful for all that You provide
But it took gratitude to appreciate your love
It took waking up
It took healing
It took everything You gave
To come to know my merciful Savior.
