Looking up at the same sky
Watching my eagle soar
Not a clue what comes next
Or what the future has in store.
Dreaming
Dreading
Hoping I’ll soar too
Praying
Forgetting
The sky still turns blue.

Yes, waiting and faith, two things I’m struggling with right now. This too shall pass, with prayer and patience?
